Mechanic & Auto Repair

A full-service shop, not just a tow yard. We diagnose it properly, quote it in writing, and fix it right.

Our Shop

We find the real problem

The cheapest repair is the one that actually fixes it the first time.

[Describe your shop in your own words — your bays, your diagnostic equipment, your technicians and their experience, and the makes you work on most. Be specific; customers read this closely before trusting you with their car.]

  • Proper diagnostics — we don't throw parts at it
  • Written estimate before any work starts
  • We'll tell you when a repair isn't worth the money

How a repair works here

  • [Step 1 — drop-off or tow-in, and what info you take]
  • [Step 2 — diagnosis, and whether there's a diagnostic fee (and whether it's credited toward the repair)]
  • [Step 3 — written estimate, and how you get authorization]
  • [Step 4 — the repair, parts sourcing, and typical turnaround]
  • [Step 5 — what happens if we find something else once it's apart]
  • [Step 6 — pickup, payment methods, and your warranty]

Parts & warranty

[Explain the parts you use — OEM, aftermarket, or customer's choice — and how you price them. Then state your ACTUAL warranty: what's covered, how long, and what voids it. Don't advertise a warranty you won't honor.]

Diagnostic fee

[State plainly whether you charge to diagnose, how much, and whether it's applied to the repair if the customer goes ahead. Being upfront here prevents most counter arguments.]

Never publish a repair price you can't honor. Give a starting range, and be explicit that a firm number requires a diagnosis. Any price you advertise, you have to stand behind at the counter.

Only claim the certifications you actually hold.
Don't advertise ASE certification, manufacturer training, AAA approval, or trade affiliations unless your technicians genuinely hold them — these are easy to verify and falsely claiming them is deceptive advertising. Same for your shop registration and insurance: list the real numbers. If you're not certified in something, it's fine to just say what you do well.

Common questions

Do you give estimates before starting work?

+

Yes — you'll get a written estimate and we won't start until you approve it. [Add your actual process, and what happens if the job needs to go over the estimate.]

Do you charge for diagnostics?

+

[Your real diagnostic fee policy, and whether it's credited toward the repair.]

What makes and models do you work on?

+

[Be honest about what you're equipped for — and what you'd refer out, e.g. certain European models or EV high-voltage work.]

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

+

[Your real warranty terms — parts and labor, duration, and what voids it. If you don't offer one, say so plainly.]

Can I bring my own parts?

+

[Your policy. Most shops won't warranty customer-supplied parts — say so up front if that's your rule.]

My car won't start — can you tow it in?

+

Yes. We run our own wreckers, so we'll tow it straight to our shop. See our towing services or just give us a call.

How long will my repair take?

+

[Typical turnaround, and how parts availability affects it. Tell customers you'll call if it changes.]

Broken down right now?

We'll tow it in and repair it — one call, one shop.
